Import Calendar Events To import the calendar event data into Microsoft Outlook, highlight the calendar event text below, copy (type Control-c or Apple-c) it into a new file in your text editor (i.e. NotePad or Simple Text), and save the file. Then import the file into Outlook as follows: Open Microsoft Outlook Select the File -> Import and Export... menu option Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next Find the file with the event data text that you saved, select "Do not import duplicate items", and click Next Select Calendar and click Next. This will import your chosen file Note: By filtering events on the main calendar page, you can remove events that may not be relevant to you. For example, by un-checking the "Monroe" box, a Redmond student can export only Redmond classes.
